The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed, while the den is equipped with a Murphy bed, providing flexible sleeping accommodations. The second bathroom features a tub/shower combination, ideal for families or guests. The open-concept living space showcases beautiful updates throughout and flows into a fully equipped granite kitchen. The dining area seats six comfortably, and an in-unit washer and dryer add added convenience. Enjoy the Florida lifestyle from the screened lanai, where you can relax and take in peaceful lake views—perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Greenlinks community amenities including a resort style swimming pool, lap pool, hot tub, fitness room, tennis courts, BBQ area, and shuffleboard courts are a short walk away. If you are a golfer, a bonus of renting in Greenlinks is that you are eligible for free or discounted golf greens fees at Lely's championship, 4 star Flamingo & Mustang Courses! Free rounds are available with summer and fall rentals from May 15th - October 15th. Discounted rates are available from during the winter and spring high season.
