The primary suite has a king size bed and luxurious bath with dual sink vanities, glass enclosed shower and separate tub. One guest bedroom has a queen size bed and the other is set up as a flex space with two twins. The two car garage is home to beach gear for making the trip to either of the fantastic nearby beaches - Delnor Wiggins Pass State Park (1.5 miles) or Vanderbilt Beach (2 miles). Tennis, racquetball and basketball courts are just a short ride away (2 miles) on Vanderbilt Beach Road at Pelican Bay Community Park and outdoor shopping, dining and nightlife center Mercato (which has a Whole Foods!) is just a mile and a half from the house. The Naples Park neighborhood is surrounded by great restaurants and resorts including the Ritz Carlton Naples and LaPlaya. MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: Primary guest whose name is associated with this booking must be at least 25 years of age and must be present for the duration of the reservation.

GUEST LIST: A guest list including full names and ages of all people who will be staying overnight must be provided in writing at least 24 hours to the guest(s) arrival.
