Inside, the home has been stylishly renovated in a contemporary style with wood plank tile flooring throughout, designer bathrooms with glass enclosed showers and an open concept kitchen and family room that flow out to the covered lanai. All bedrooms and the family room have mounted HDTVs with full cable service and the home, as with all rentals from The Holiday Life, is furnished with high speed WiFi, a full suite of quality white linens and toweling, and a fully equipped kitchen. PET-FRIENDLY STAY: We know pets are part of the family, and your furry friend is welcome here! This home allows one well-mannered dog (up to 45 lbs.) with prior approval. Please share your pup's age, size, and breed at the time of booking. A $25/night pet fee and $100 cleaning surcharge apply.

ASSOCIATION APPLICATION/FEE: An application and/or background check may be required for rentals within the community. This may incur processing fees not included in the rental reservation.
