As a lessee, you have the option to transfer the owners? club & golf membership (a one-time transfer fee of $2,000 will apply). Located in North Naples, Talis Park is a short drive to local beaches at Delnor Wiggins state park and Vanderbilt, the bustling Mercato shopping and dining center and many shopping plazas for everyday necessities. Downtown Naples (5th Ave & Tin City) is 17 miles to the south and Ft. Myers Beach is 18 miles to the north. Booking Details: -Minimum rental term is 1 month, per HOA rules. During peak season January-April, a 2 month minimum rental is required and may be either January-February or March-April. February-March 2 month rentals will not be accepted. 3+ month rentals are welcome. -All rentals of this property require approval by the Talis Park HOA. Application forms will be provided upon booking via email. -Dates are not confirmed until we review and approve your rental term. -The owners' full golf membership is transferable for a 1 time fee of $2,000. -The 2-car garage offers parking for 1 vehicle and storage for beach gear. There is 1 owner vehicle occupying the other half.
