Three spacious bedrooms each equipped with en-suite bathrooms, all with king size beds, each open out to their own terraces (these are unfortunately not furnished as they are technically condo property - but no other units/residents have access to these areas). Conveniences and added amenities in the condo include a large pantry off the kitchen, a powder room, in-unit laundry closet with a sink, built-in bar with ice maker and wine cooler, coffee/wet bar in the master bedroom, Smart TVs with cable service in each bedroom and the living room, and a Sonos sound system. Building amenities include a fitness room, car wash area, bike racks, heated pool, and parking garage where you have one assigned space. Step out the front of the building to a 2.5 mile stretch of Gulf Shore Blvd with sidewalks perfect for walking and biking to the marina where you can rent boats and paddle-boards and Venetian Village for shopping and dining. For a seasonal stay in Naples, you can hardly hope for more than what is offered at this pristine Waldorf condo!

APPLICATION: All rentals require a lease application be completed and submitted at least 3 weeks prior to check-in date for approval. Application forms will be provided upon booking via Docusign.

GUEST LIST: A guest list including full names and ages of all people who will be staying overnight must be provided in writing at least 24 hours to the guest(s) arrival.
